Ripple Turns to AI to Accelerate Growth!

Ripple is increasing its use of artificial intelligence (AI) to support business growth and improve efficiency.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said at the SALT Wyoming conference that the company sees AI as a tool for expansion, not simply as a reason to reduce jobs. Ripple currently has around 1,500 employees worldwide and 150 open positions, showing that the company continues to focus on hiring.

Garlinghouse also said that despite the ongoing crypto bear market, Ripple could finish the year with record results, with revenue potentially more than doubling compared with last year.

Ripple’s wider goal remains connecting traditional finance with decentralized finance. With AI supporting its operations and the growing XRP ecosystem, the company appears focused on expanding its role in the future of digital payments and financial technology.
